We are currently hiring for the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. The director will be responsible for generating new sales through outgoing sales activity including but not limited to sales visits, networking via myspace, facebook, and other social sites, cold calls, etc. Additionally, director will develop relationships with other companies to create infrastructure for referral business.
Having recently updated and reviewed some of our sales processes, our company is at a staging point and is looking for a candidate who is eager to help grow our company as we continue to expand. This will include marketing and branding efforts that generate measurable revenue growth.
In addition to outgoing sales and marketing efforts, the director will also be responsible for helping manage day to day business, including but not limited to taking work orders, customer service and inventory management.
Qualifications:
Candidate should be honest, self-motivated, creative, organized, have superior interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team setting, and have proven project management skills.
We are looking for candidates with between 2 and 5 years of sales experience.
Compensation is based on commission. The ideal candidate will earn between $50,000-$60,000 in their first year of employment.
